  3. If abnormal vibration or noise occurs during cutting, please reduce the spindle speed and cutting amount until the situation improves.

4. Reasonably use the workpiece fixing platen to effectively prevent the knife from hitting the knife, reduce the heat transmission of the workpiece to the machine body, reduce the deformation rate of the workpiece, and improve the processing efficiency;

5. The cutting method is affected by the workpiece, machine, and software. The above data is for reference only. After the cutting condition is stable, increase the feed rate by 10%~30%.
