Installation, commissioning, acceptance and training, after-sales service

1. Installation and debugging

1). Please precast the cement foundation. The foundation plan will be notified separately.

2). Please install a three-phase 380V, 50Hz power supply in advance and it is recommended to attach a stabilized power supply. (Or according to factory voltage)

3). After the 5 axis gantry type machining centerarrives at the factory, we will open the box for inspection with our representative. If damage or reduction is found, please notify our company immediately. 4). After the equipment is unpacked and accepted, the buyer is asked to perform mechanical positioning, foundation hole grouting, rough level adjustment, etc.

For fine adjustment of subsequent installation, please notify our company at least 7 days in advance to send someone to the buyer. 5). The buyer is requested to assist the installation and commissioning personnel of our company in arranging accommodation, meals and transportation.

6). The buyer is requested to designate the operator and maintenance personnel of the machine, and assign special personnel to assist our company in the installation and commissioning of the machine.

2. Machine tool acceptance

1). Pre-acceptance: The pre-acceptance is carried out at the seller's site. The items in the inspection table of the machine tool are inspected, and one comprehensive test piece of the seller's standard is cut and processed. If all items meet the requirements, the machine tool is deemed to be pre-accepted and can be shipped. Knives and parts are provided by the seller.

2). Final acceptance: The final acceptance is carried out at the buyer's site and is guided by the seller's personnel. After the machine tool is qualified for installation and commissioning, the machine tool enters the quality guarantee period.

3. Training

The seller is responsible for technical training for the buyer. The training time is 5 working days and the training staff is 2 to 5 people. The training location is at the seller. The training content includes machine tool structure, performance and function, CNC system, programming and operation, machine maintenance and other knowledge . The trainers take care of their own board and lodging.

4. After-sales service and commitment

(1) From the date of final acceptance of the machine tool, the seller will implement the three-guarantee service for the product. The warranty period is 12 months, and the product will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

In particular, if the machine tool arrives at the buyer within 12 months, if the installation and commissioning are not carried out due to the buyer's reasons, the warranty period will expire and the seller will no longer provide free installation, commissioning and maintenance.

(2) During the warranty period, if it is verified that it is the user's reason: the appearance or internal damage of the machine caused by the process of loading, unloading and transportation, and the storage time is too long; The user must pay all maintenance and repair costs.

Note: Equipment damage caused by natural disasters is not covered by our company's warranty. For example: lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc., as well as relocation, secondary training, etc.

(3) If the machine fails, after obtaining the user's information, if the cause of the failure and the treatment measures can be accurately judged, an immediate reply shall be given, if an immediate reply is not possible.

(4) After the warranty period has expired, our company will continue to provide users with maintenance services, and collect parts costs and service fees according to our company's charging standards.
