(1) The double column vertical machining center spindle box adopts linear rail ram, and the Z axis adopts imported heavy-duty roller linear guide rail, which has good shock absorption and ensures stable cutting during machining.
(2) Z-axis drive—the servo motor drives the ball screw, and the ball screw drives the headstock to move up and down on the saddle to realize Z-axis feed. The Z-axis motor has an automatic brake function. In the event of a power failure, the automatic brake will hold the motor shaft tightly so that it cannot rotate.
(3) The headstock components adopt a balance mechanism to ensure the stability of the headstock movement.
(4) The main shaft group is produced by a professional factory in Taiwan, with high precision and high performance. The main shaft grabs the tool by the disc spring on the main shaft acting on the pull stud of the tool handle through the four-petal claw broach mechanism with the tension force.
(5) The machine tool has the function of spindle orientation.
3.4 Pneumatic system
It is mainly used for tool clamping; air blowing at the center of the spindle; air blowing at the front end of the spindle.
3.5 Machine tool protection
The bed guide rail (X-axis) of the machine tool adopts a stainless steel telescopic protective cover; the beam guide rail (Y-axis) adopts an organ-type protection; down to work.
3.6 Lubrication system
(1) The three coordinate bearings are lubricated with grease.
(2) The ball screw pair adopts automatic thin oil lubrication.
(3) The three-coordinate guide rail pair has an automatically controlled lubrication point, and the lubricating oil is divided to lubricate the guide rail pair, and the action is automatically controlled by the numerical control system.
