Primary maintenance of CNC lathe

3. Spindle box and spindle: Check whether there are loose screws on the lathe, and whether the fuel tank, pipes and connections are stable. If there are, please repair them in time. Check whether the main shaft transmission belt, X-axis transmission belt and Z-axis transmission belt are worn and tensioned. Check and adjust the clearance of the spindle.

Clean the filter, cooling pump and cooling box. Ensure that the oil path is unblocked, the oil holes, oil pipes and linoleum are clean and free of iron filings. Check all oil tanks and coolant tanks, replenish them as needed, and inject grease into each oil hole of the CNC lathe as needed to ensure that the oil tank, oil traces and oil windows are bright.
5. Electrical box: Wipe the electrical box to ensure internal and external cleanliness, check whether the wiring is leaking, whether the contacts are intact, and whether the grounding is safe and reliable.
