1. From the date of final acceptance of the 3 axis cnc machining center , Party B will implement three guarantees for the product, and the warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge.
In particular, if the machine tool has been delivered to Party A for 15 months, if the installation and commissioning is not carried out due to Party A’s reasons, the warranty period will expire, and Party B will no longer provide free installation, commissioning and maintenance.
2. During the warranty period, if it is verified that it is the user's reason: the loading and unloading process, the long storage time causes mechanical appearance or internal damage; the man-made damage caused by improper operation, self-disassembly and modification, is not covered by the above free warranty; the user All repairs, renovations must be paid for.
Note: The damage to the equipment caused by natural disasters is not covered by our company's warranty. For example: lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc., as well as relocation, secondary training, etc.
3. If the machine tool fails, after obtaining the user information, if it can accurately judge the cause of the failure and the treatment measures, it will give a reply immediately. If it cannot reply immediately, it will reply within 24 hours and send someone to the scene to deal with it as soon as possible. The specific time depends on the parts. The length of time to prepare.
4. After the warranty period expires, our company will continue to provide maintenance services for users, and charge parts costs and service fees according to our company's charging standards.
5. After passing the acceptance inspection, if the buyer fails to perform according to the contract, the seller has the right to stop after-sales service.
6. Before the buyer pays the full amount, the ownership of the machine belongs to the seller.
