FANUC 0i-T lathe system tool offset compensation
When some users use the FANUC lathe system, after executing the tool offset, they don’t know how to cancel it. Sometimes due to the wrong tool offset setting, the machined parts may be scrapped, or even the machine crashes. Today we use it. Three methods to cancel tool offset compensation!
1. Tool compensation can be done through TXXXX, the first two are the called tool numbers, and the last two are the called tool offset numbers. Although the tool number and the tool offset number may not have a one-to-one correspondence, the tool number is recommended from a safety perspective. It can correspond to the tool offset number one by one;
2. The tool offset of FANUC 0i-T is the tool shape compensation. The tool offset setting is to establish the coordinate system of the user or the workpiece, making the processing operation more convenient and making the parts processing more accurate. Generally, the compensation of the tool is divided into shape Compensation and wear compensation. Shape compensation is the compensation of tool length on the X and Z axes of the lathe. Wear compensation generally shows more or less wear on the tip of the tool when the tool is used for too long, which also leads to machining Accuracy deviation, at this time, by adding a little bit of tool wear, the loss of machining accuracy caused by tool wear can be compensated, and some users can also realize margin machining by setting tool wear;
3. Parameter setting
N8136#0=0 NGW is used for tool geometric wear compensation
N5002#2=1 LWT Tool wear compensation through coordinate system displacement
N5002#4=0 LWT Displacement tool shape compensation through coordinate system
N5003#7=1 TGC cancels tool shape compensation based on coordinate displacement through reset
4. The reset button [RSE] of FANUC operation panel cancels tool compensation
N5003#7=1 TGC cancels tool shape compensation based on coordinate displacement through reset
After setting parameter 5003#7=1, the tool offset can be canceled by pressing the reset button;
5. Cancel the tool offset by executing M30 or M02
After setting parameter 5003#7=1, let M30 and M02 be able to conduct the system state reset signal G8.7 in the ladder diagram; execute M02 in the middle of each program, and the tool compensation will be cancelled after executing M30 at the end of the program;
6. Cancel the tool shape offset by executing the command with offset number 0
After setting parameter N5002#5=1 LGC, execute T0100 or other tool numbers in MDI mode, 0 Ha, and tool offsets to cancel tool compensation.
