The 30° inclined layout greatly improves the bending and torsion rigidity of the machine tool at work. The integrated bed base with high rigidity and high stability provides a strong guarantee for the high precision of the whole machine.

The spindle unit is an independent spindle (sleeve type). The high-precision spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, with high precision, good accuracy retention, and good thermal stability. The maximum speed can reach 2600rpm. The series of CNC lathe manufacturers adopt a 30° integral casting bed structure and hardened and ground guide rails. All castings are optimized by finite element analysis to ensure the high precision and high stability of the machine tool. The perfect automation interface and modular automation protection design provide guarantee for the rapid realization of automation.

The lathe has high rigidity, high stability and easy chip removal. The guide rails are hardened and precision ground, and wear-resistant soft belts are attached to the sliding surface.

The entire series uses imported bearings, two-point support, double-row cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed thrust angular contact bearings at the front end, and double-row cylindrical roller bearings at the rear end. They are strong in rigidity and suitable for heavy cutting and precision cutting.

The standard 12-station hydraulic servo turret is suitable for heavy cutting.
