classic! Structural analysis of mold with oblique row position

1. Product gluing method: There are many kinds of product gluing methods, such as bottom gluing, submerged gluing, direct gate, corner gluing, point gluing, small nozzle to large nozzle gluing, etc. This set of mold adopts The glue feeding method of the latent mold is directly on the side of the product, as shown in the figure below:


2. From the slope of the product, it can be seen that there is an undercut in the front of the product, there is an undercut in the whole circle of the product, there are also horizontal undercuts in the left and right directions of the product, and there are two undercuts in the oblique direction at the back of the product. The analysis results are as shown in the figure below Shown:

3. There is an undercut in front of the small product. This undercut is designed according to the design method of the ordinary slider. Since the slider is relatively small, the limit method of the slider is limited by glass bead screws, and the way of the inclined guide column driving the row seat , the structure is shown in the figure below:

4. Since the product is round, there are undercuts in the whole circle. We generally use Haval sliders to form the whole circle of undercuts. When designing the Haval sliders, we must pay attention to: the Haval sliders must be designed and positioned, due to the rubber covering area of the sliders. The range is large, and cooling water is designed above the rows, as shown in the figure below:

5. There are also undercuts in the rear direction of the product. The undercuts are inclined, and the slider cannot be demoulded in the direction of mold release at one time. This requires the design of the slider inside the slider. Due to the limited space of the product, the driving method of the slider adopts Connect the block, as shown in the figure below
