The electric motorcycle helmet is a decorative part installed on the outside of the car body. The appearance requirements are very strict. The parting surface has high and low heights and a large gap. Especially the corner profile of the product is weird and difficult to handle. 1 Insert-associate copy-extract body, extract the surface of the product
2 Turn the extracted curved surface 20mm outward, as shown in the figure below.
3. Make a block and trim off the excess surface, as shown in the picture below.
4 Use the trimmed curve to bridge a curve with the original surface edge
5. Use the bridged curves to make a four-sided mesh surface and constrain the tangency.
6 Stretch the curve as shown in the picture below.
7 Trim surfaces using elongated curves
8 Bridge the second curve as shown below.
9 Draw a spline as shown by the arrow.
10 Make a mesh surface and constrain tangency
