2. Check whether the automatic lubrication system of the spindle box is working normally every day, and replace the spindle box lubricating oil regularly; 3. Pay attention to check whether the cooling fan in the electrical cabinet is working normally, whether the air duct filter is blocked, and clean the attached dust; 4. Pay attention to check the cooling system, check the liquid level, add oil or water in time, and replace the oil and water when they are dirty Cleaning; 5. Check the spindle drive belt and adjust the tightness; 6. Check the tightness of the guide rail strip and adjust the gap; 7. Check whether the oil tank and oil pump of the machine tool hydraulic system have abnormal noise, whether the working oil level is appropriate, whether the pressure gauge indicates normal, and whether there is leakage in the pipeline and joints; 8. Check whether the guide rails and machine tool protective covers are complete and effective; 9. Check the mechanical accuracy of each moving part to reduce shape and position deviations; 10. Clean the machine tool after work every day, clean the iron filings, wipe the coolant on the guide rails, and prevent the guide rails from rusting. 3 Daily maintenance of vertical lathe Daily maintenance content and requirements: Time: 10 minutes before and after taking over every day, 1 hour on weekends; Responsible person: Operator performs, inspection staff checks. Before work begins: First, check the shift handover notebook; Second, refuel strictly according to the equipment "lubrication chart" regulations, and ensure timing, quantity, and quality; Third, for equipment that has been shut down for more than 8 hours, when the equipment is not started, it must be turned at low speed for 3 to 5 minutes to confirm whether the lubrication system is unobstructed and whether all parts are operating normally before starting work. During work: A. Frequently check the operation of each part of the equipment and the working conditions of the lubrication system. If there is any abnormality, immediately notify the inspection staff to handle it; B. It is strictly forbidden to place tools, workpieces, metal objects and pedals on the guide rail surface and protective cover. After work: A. Wipe off the iron filings and coolant on the guide rail surface, and there is no black oil on the lead screw and smooth rod; B. Clean the iron filings and debris around the equipment; C. Fill in the equipment handover record carefully. 4 Daily maintenance of medium frequency induction furnace
1. Thoroughly remove the oxide slag in the induction body. Carefully check whether the insulation furnace lining is damaged or cracked, and deal with the problems in time;
2. Check the waterway to ensure that the waterway is unobstructed, the return water is sufficient, there is no leakage, and the water inlet temperature is not greater than 35℃; 3. Observe whether the appearance of the varistor, protection resistor and capacitor in the medium frequency power cabinet is normal, whether the fastening bolts are loose, whether the welding points are detached, and whether the capacitor electrolyte is leaking. Notify the maintenance personnel in time if any problems are found; 4. The equipped hoist needs to be lubricated regularly. 5 Before starting the daily maintenance of the boring machine:
Check whether the mechanisms of the various parts of the machine tool are intact and whether the positions of the various handles are normal; clean all parts of the machine tool, observe all lubrication devices, directly oil the guide surface of the machine tool, and start the machine to run at low speed for a certain period of time. During the work process: mainly correct operation, do not allow the machine tool to work overloaded, and do not use precision machine tools for rough processing. If any abnormal phenomenon is found in the machine tool during the work process, it should be stopped and checked immediately. After the work is completed: clean all parts of the machine tool, move all moving parts of the machine tool to the specified position, and turn off the power. 6 Daily maintenance of centerless grinding machine 1. The spindle oil pressure is limited to 8~10kg/cm;
2. Use the oiler to properly lubricate the machine tool before starting the machine every day; 3. Add appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the dressing seat slide every day, and keep the slide clean (clean, free of debris, impurities and lubricated); 4. Check the tightness of the zipper frequently; 5. Check the tightness of the grinding wheel drive belt regularly; 6. Replace the spindle every 2000 hours of use of the machine tool. 7 Daily maintenance of external cylindrical grinding machine 1. After the operation is completed every day, the external cylindrical grinder should be cleaned with a brush. It is strictly forbidden to use an air gun to blow directly at the work table or guide rail to prevent iron chips from entering the guide rail and affecting the accuracy of the cylindrical grinder; 2. It is strictly forbidden to use a fan to blow at the work table during operation to prevent dust and iron chips from rolling back into the guide rail, affecting the accuracy and feel of the guide rail; 3. The guide rail oil of the cylindrical grinder should be replaced and added in time. Generally, if the oil in the oil mirror is turbid or black, it should be replaced. The time should be controlled within 3 to 6 months. The first time is in the third month, and then every 6 months; 4. Please use professional lubricating oil for the guide rail lubricating oil of the cylindrical grinder, generally 32# guide rail oil is appropriate; 5. Regularly check whether the steel cable of the worktable of the cylindrical grinder is loose, and lock it to prevent breakage or affect the feel and accuracy; 6. Clean the guide rails of the worktable regularly to prevent iron chips from wearing the guide surface, thereby affecting the accuracy of the guide rail. Cleaning can be done by wiping clean with a piece of cloth dipped in gasoline. For debris embedded in the wear-resistant sheet, use a spatula to gently remove it. The above actions should be performed under the guidance of professionals or by the external cylindrical grinder manufacturer; 7. Regularly check whether the external cylindrical grinder is unstable and level during operation; 8. If it is a manual external cylindrical grinder, check the tightness of the steel cable regularly; 9. If it is a semi-automatic external cylindrical grinder, check the grinding fluid concentration every week and replace it in time. 8 Daily maintenance of punching machine 1. According to the lubrication requirements, add lubricating oil to the oil hole and sliding part;
2. Strictly abide by the safety operation requirements of the punching machine; 3. Before use, the equipment should be idle for 3 minutes to observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena; 4. When installing the mold, the power should be cut off; 5. After work, the work surface should be wiped clean, the scraps and debris should be removed, and the power should be cut off; 6. Clean the work area. 9 Before starting the daily maintenance of the milling machine: 1. Check the important parts; 2. Wipe the exposed guide rail surface and lubricate each part according to regulations; 3. Run it idle and check whether the lubrication system is normal. Check each oil level, which must not be lower than the oil mark, and add lubricating oil to each part. After work: 1. Return all parts to their positions. 10 Before starting daily maintenance of the drilling machine:
1. Wipe the dust off the exposed guide rails and work surfaces; 2. Lubricate all parts according to regulations; 3. Check that all handles are flexible and reliable; 4. Test run the machine with no load. After work: 1. Clean all the iron filings; 2. Wipe all parts of the machine tool; 3. Return all parts to their positions. 11 Daily maintenance of hydraulic presses 1. L-HL32/GB1118-89 hydraulic oil, when it is below 20°, use N32/GB3141. When it is above 30°, use N46/GB3141. It is recommended to use No. 32 and No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil for working oil, and the oil temperature should be within the range of 15℃~60℃;
2. The oil is allowed to be added to the oil tank only after strict filtration; 3. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months; 4. The slider should be regularly filled with lubricating oil, and the exposed surface of the column should be kept clean at all times. The machine oil should be sprayed before each work; 5. The maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load is 40mm under the nominal pressure of 500T. Excessive eccentricity can easily cause the column to be strained or other adverse phenomena; 6. The pressure gauge should be calibrated and checked every six months; 7. If the machine is out of use for a long time, the processing surfaces should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil; 8. At the end of each day's work: put the slider to the lowest position. 12 Daily maintenance of drilling and milling machines 1. Before starting the machine, check whether the clamping mechanisms are clamped, whether the lifting and moving of the spindle sleeve and the electrical equipment are normal, and whether the grounding wire is reliably grounded (the yellow-green two-color wire is the grounding wire);
2. If a power outage occurs during work, the power switch should be turned off immediately to avoid adverse consequences caused by the machine tool automatically starting during operation; 3. After work, iron filings and dirt on the machine should be removed, and anti-rust oil should be applied to the unpainted surface to prevent rust. 13 Daily maintenance of gas tanks 1. Check whether the safety valve is normal;
2. Check the quality and position of the pressure gauge. When there is no pressure, the pressure gauge is in the "0" state, that is, the limit pin; 3. Slowly open the exhaust valve to an appropriate opening to remove moisture from the tank; 4. First check the tightness of the pipeline to ensure that there is no abnormality before opening the intake valve; 5. Observe the intake process and see if there is any leakage in the pipeline and tank until the use pressure is reached; 6. Drain the gas tank at least twice per shift; 7. Check whether there are corrosive gases and fluids around the gas tank every day; 8. Check the pressure gauge indication every day. If the pressure is abnormal (i.e. failure), replace it if it fails; its maximum working pressure should be <0.8Mpa. If it is higher than 0.8Mpa, the safety valve should open automatically, otherwise the intake should be stopped immediately and repaired; 9. Check the tightness of the air pressure pipeline. If there is any leakage, it should be repaired in time. 14 Daily maintenance of ultrasonic cleaning machine Daily maintenance: (after each operation)
1. Rinse the hose and filter connected to the detergent to remove any detergent residue to help prevent corrosion; 2. Turn off the water supply system connected to the high-pressure cleaning machine; 3. Pull the trigger on the servo spray gun rod to release all the pressure in the hose; 4. Remove the rubber hose and high-pressure hose from the high-pressure cleaning machine; 5. Cut off the connecting wire of the spark plug to ensure that the engine will not start (applicable to engine models). 15 Daily maintenance of pressure test machine 1. The appearance of the equipment is neat;
2. The electrical and electronic control cabinet of the equipment is working properly; 3. The operating status of the equipment is normal, and the display signals of various indicator instruments are normal; 4. The adjustment handles and buttons of the equipment are flexible and reliable; 5. The safety protection device of the equipment functions normally; 6. The lubrication and cooling system of the equipment is normal; 7. The area around the equipment is clean, there is no random stacking of debris, and the temperature and humidity are appropriate; 8. The auxiliary equipment of the main equipment is working properly and the maintenance meets the requirements; 9. All kinds of tools, instruments, instruments, and spare parts for operation and maintenance are neatly arranged. 16 Daily maintenance of oil dispensers 1. The appearance of the equipment is neat;

2. The electrical and electronic control cabinet of the equipment is working properly; 3. The operating status of the equipment is normal, and the display signals of various indicator instruments are normal; 4. The adjustment handles and buttons of the equipment are flexible and reliable; 5. The safety protection devices of the equipment function normally; 6. The auxiliary equipment of the main equipment is working properly and the maintenance meets the requirements; 9. All kinds of tools, instruments, instruments, and spare parts for operation and maintenance are neatly placed. 17 Daily maintenance of radial drilling machines Daily maintenance of radial drilling machines:
1. Clean the surface and dead corners of the machine tool, disassemble and wash all covers, and require the inside and outside to be clean, free of rust and yellowing, and the paint to show the original color and the iron to show the light. Clean the guide surface and remove the burrs on the worktable. Check and fill in the screws, handballs, and handboards, and check the flexibility and reliability of each handle;
2. Maintenance of the spindle feed box of the radial drilling machine: Check the oil quality, keep it in good condition, and the oil volume meets the requirements. Remove the burrs on the spindle taper hole. Clean the hydraulic transmission system and oil filter, and adjust the oil pressure; 3. Check the radial arm and lifting clamping mechanism of the radial drilling machine: Check and adjust the lifting mechanism and clamping mechanism to achieve sensitivity and reliability; 4. Check the lubrication system of the radial drilling machine: Clean the oil felt, requiring the oil cups to be complete, the oil circuit to be unobstructed, and the oil window to be bright; 5. Check the cooling system of the radial drilling machine: Clean the cooling pump, filter and coolant tank. Check the coolant pipeline, requiring no water leakage; 6. Whether the electrical control switches are normal. 18 Daily maintenance of gas shielded welding machine 1. Welding power supply, whether the connection parts are loose; internal inspection, whether there is dust and other;

Welding gun, nozzle cleaning, whether there is spatter attachment, damage, conductive nozzle center offset, conductive nozzle hole wear, whether the nozzle is loose, air pipe damage, air hole blockage, air screen, nozzle blockage; 3. Cable, whether it is loose, damaged, decomposed, check whether the wire feeding tube is blocked, whether there are problems with insulation, whether the air screen and nozzle are damaged; 4. Wire feeding device, whether the wire feeding wheel is cleaned and whether the wire feeding wheel is consumed and damaged; 5. Whether the SUS tube is blocked, damaged, worn, and whether it is eccentric with the wire feeding wheel; 6. Wire feeding guide tube, hoisting method, whether it deviates from the hoisting equipment, whether the minimum curvature radius is ensured, and whether the welding wire slides without blockage, wear, and damage; 7. Grounding, cable installation location, whether the cable installation location is loose, and whether the cable is burned or cracked. 19 Daily maintenance of electric welding machine 1. Check that the output wiring of the welding machine is standardized and firm, and the direction of the outlet is close to vertical downward, and the angle with the horizontal must be greater than 70°;

2. Check the tightness of the screws at the cable connection. The screw specifications are hexagonal bolts M10×30, and the flat washers and spring washers are complete, without rust and oxidation and other undesirable phenomena; 3. Check that the exposed length of the cable at the connection is less than 10mm; 4. Check that the welding machine casing is grounded firmly; 5. Check that the welding machine power supply and parent material are well grounded and standardized; 6. Check that the cable connection must be reliably insulated and wrapped with tape; 7. Whether the shield cover at the connection of the power cord, welding cable and electric welding machine is intact; 8. Whether the cooling fan of the welding machine rotates flexibly and normally; 9. Whether the power switch, power indicator light and adjustment handle knob are kept intact, whether the pointers of the ammeter and voltmeter are flexible and accurate, and the surface is clear and without cracks. The meter cover is intact and the switch is free. 20 Daily maintenance of sandblasting machine 1. Whether the support rod of the spray gun fixture is loose;
2. The wear of the small turntable and the fixture; 3. The wear of the spray gun; 4. The wear of the sand pipe and the air pipe; 5. The wear and use of the return sand pipe and the dust removal pipe; 6. Whether the filter cartridge needs to be replaced; 7. Whether the oil-water filter needs to be replaced; 8.
