It is also my country's first NS3306 high-temperature alloy single largest flange component.

Zhang Chaojie said that because heat is generated during the cutting process of high-temperature alloys, which will increase the resistance of the material, it is difficult to produce special-shaped high-temperature alloy flanges.
Faced with the problem, the company started from product forging to finishing to establishing a database. Yuanfang equipment engineers drew on advanced experience at home and abroad, and the technical team continued to make breakthroughs. They tried more than a hundred cutting tools and adjusted cutting parameters tens of thousands of times. From using 10 tons of vacuum melting, vacuum electroslag remelting steel ingots and forging, which took nearly a year to create the special-shaped flange that now weighs 3.9 tons.
