1. The CNC machine tool should be located away from the source of vibration, avoid the influence of direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti-vibration grooves should be set up around the machine tool to prevent it from affecting the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool. (We have dealt with a fault after the holiday. The user placed the machine tool less than 30 centimeters away from the window and forgot to close the window during the Spring Festival. It happened that rain and cold current during the Spring Festival eroded the inside of the machine tool, causing a large area of the machine tool hardware. Failure, the amplifier is soaked in water and the bottom plate is corroded, causing permanent damage and irreparable damage). I would like to remind all respected users that the failure rate of FANUC products is indeed very low, but it is all based on daily proper maintenance and rational use. Under the prerequisite conditions, if the machine tool is used under harsh conditions, be sure to prevent dust and moisture. Electronic components are high-precision products. Dust will cause short circuits in electronic components and even cause static electricity to breakdown the motherboard.
2. The peripheral power supply voltage of the power supply needs to be strictly controlled. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the range allowed by the machine tool factory and remain relatively stable, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system. We have dealt with cases where machine tools were unable to work due to voltage fluctuations or voltage instability. It was difficult to detect at first. We thought it was a problem with the motor drive or encoder. As soon as processing started, an alarm or power outage occurred. When the customer accidentally mentioned The voltage in the factory was unstable and could not reach the 380V output, and there were even frequent power outages or tripping. Our engineers determined that the cause of the fault was an electrical problem. After installing a voltage stabilizer and backup power supply, the fault was eliminated.
3. The ambient temperature of the CNC machining center should be in the range of 0~45℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 75%. Because excessive temperature and excessive humidity will reduce the life of CNC system components, leading to an increase in failures.
4. Users of CNC machining centers must undergo strict training and assessment by the machine tool manufacturer before they can take up the job, and they must use the machine tool in strict accordance with the regulations of the machine tool operating instructions during the use of the machine tool. During use, it is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily change the parameters and some important programs set by the machine tool manufacturer in the control system, because the parameter settings will directly affect the functions and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool. In addition, users cannot replace machine tool accessories at will, because machine tool manufacturers must fully consider the matching of each link and overall performance when setting accessories.
5. The positioning accuracy of the CNC machining center is very high, so when doing processing technology, it is necessary to process all the parts that need to be processed in one process in one clamping process to avoid cumulative errors caused by multiple processes. .
6. During the use of CNC machining centers, tools and cutting amounts must be reasonably selected. For high-efficiency metal cutting, the machine tools, tools and materials being processed are several factors that affect processing efficiency and accuracy. If you want to process high-precision products efficiently, you must combine the above points well to meet the requirements.
