1. When receiving the workpiece, the programmer should measure the workpiece dimensions to avoid problems caused by centering and unilateral collision. The programmer should discuss with the operation team according to the shape of the workpiece and adopt a safe clamping method and collision method. For details, see the following section.
2. The slider and the front and rear mold cores have matching positions. The slider needs to leave an extra 0.02mm margin for FIT.
3. All glue positions leave 0.02mm on one side (except for special requirements).
1. Conventional insert assembly method:
2. Automotive mold insert assembly method: Because the mold is relatively large and the height is relatively high, blind assembly is usually used
3. Precautions for blind assembly of automotive mold inserts:
(1) Insert locking method: Use screws to lock from the bottom of the mold core, as shown in the figure:
(2) If there is no glue position on the top of the insert, it can be locked from the top, as shown in the figure:
(3) In order to avoid sparks from being too deep and shorten the processing time, the insert matching position is chamfered R angle, and the insert is chamfered C angle for easy matching, as shown in the figure:
Front mold core insert buckle position
The side of the insert buckle position needs to be processed according to the procedure and made according to the size; and the depth (Z value) of the insert buckle position is made according to the size number. The operator uses a calibration meter to measure the depth, and the tolerance requires a depth of 0.01mm. The side of the insert buckle position should be determined according to the drawing size, and the depth of the bottom (Z value) should be determined according to the size. The operator uses a calibration table to measure the number, and the tolerance requires a depth of 0.01mm.
