To implement the strategy of building an aerospace powerhouse, the Machinery Industry Information Institute is hosting the "Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Application Seminar: 2nd Aerospace Advanced Manufacturing Technology Study Tour and Seminar." Centered on the theme "Smart Manufacturing: New Momentum Driving New Development," the event focuses on CNC machining and smart manufacturing. It aims to foster breakthroughs in advanced and intelligent manufacturing, high-end equipment, and innovative materials and processes; accelerate the industrial application of key core technologies; resolve complex machining challenges; and promote digital and intelligent innovation within the aerospace sector. Additionally, the seminar provides a platform for technical exchange and cooperation between aerospace enterprises and equipment manufacturers, while offering professionals in the field a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.

**Selected Guest Speaker**
**Wang Guangping:** Senior Engineer (Research Fellow level); Secretary-General of the Innovation Center for High-Efficiency CNC Machining in the Defense Science, Technology, and Industry Sector; Chief Technical Expert at the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC); and Assistant Chief Engineer at Changhe Aircraft Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. He has long been dedicated to research in high-efficiency CNC machining and smart manufacturing for the aerospace industry. He has participated in the development of multiple helicopter models and led over ten national and provincial-level research projects. He has achieved breakthroughs in key technologies-including high-speed CNC machining, high-precision and high-efficiency machining of titanium alloys, digital inspection, intelligent helicopter assembly, and the construction of smart workshops/production lines-and has received eight provincial or ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards. Zhou Jinqiang, a Research Fellow, currently serves as the Deputy Director and Deputy Chief Process Engineer of the CNC Machining Branch at Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing General Plant Co., Ltd. He is the technical leader in high-efficiency CNC machining for the Eighth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology. He has long been dedicated to research on CNC machining technologies for aerospace products; notably, he achieved a breakthrough in mirror-milling technology for integral tank bottoms, driving technical innovation and product upgrades for carrier rocket fuel tanks. His honors include the Shanghai Technical Invention Award (Special Prize), the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize), and the CASC Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize).
Zou Feng, Chief Technician at Aerospace Sanjiang and a Senior Engineer (Professor-level), leads a National Model Innovation Studio for Model Workers and Craftsmen as well as a National-level Master Craftsman Studio. He has received prestigious honors such as the China Skills Award, the title of "Great Craftsman of the Nation," the National May 1st Labor Medal, and the title of National Technical Expert; he is also a recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance. He has published 26 technical papers in authoritative domestic and international machining journals, secured national and provincial/ministerial awards for 10 independently innovated technical achievements, and holds four invention patents. He is hailed as the "Guardian of the Rocket's Heart."
Li Xiaobo, a Special-Grade Fitter Technician and Senior Engineer at Shanxi Aerospace Tsinghua Equipment Co., Ltd., leads a National-level Master Craftsman Studio. He is an expert receiving the State Council Special Government Allowance, a Senior Technical Expert at the Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, and a recipient of the National Technical Expert title and the National May 1st Labor Medal. In 2025, he was selected as a "Leading Skilled Talent" under Shanxi Province's "Sanjin Talents Program."
Hu Wei, Chief Technician (Machining Center) at Hangyu Life-Saving Equipment Co., Ltd., is an expert receiving the State Council Special Government Allowance and a Chief Technical Expert of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). With 32 years of frontline experience in CNC machining, he is an expert in multi-axis linkage and the machining of precision structural components. He has led technical breakthroughs resulting in 10 national invention and utility model patents, published six professional papers in core journals, and achieved cost reductions and efficiency gains exceeding 10 million yuan.
