3. Tighten the fasteners of the ordinary lathe, check and tighten the pressing plate and the insert screws; check and tighten the slider fixing screws, the drive mechanism, the handwheel, and the workbench bracket screws; check the other parts of the button to loosen the screws .
4. Check and adjust the belt, pressing plate and inserting strip for proper tightness; check and adjust the sliding block and screw rod order.
5. Remove the rust of each part, protect the painted surface, and avoid collision; stop using, spare equipment guide rail surface, sliding screw hand wheel and its exposed parts that are easy to rust,
