Many machinery and equipment will have some large or small failures during use, and automatic locking screws are of course no exception. When we use the automatic screw machine, there may be problems such as failure to open the machine, the screw lock slips, the screw can not be driven, and the nut slips. Then, how to solve these problems when the automatic screw machine occurs?
1. The automatic screw machine cannot be turned on
The power connector is loose;
220AC normal power supply;
Whether the power switch is turned on;
Whether the power cord is damaged and whether the fuse is blown.
2. Automatic lock screw machine screw lock sliding teeth
Check whether the electric screwdriver's torque is suitable for the locked torque range, and use the torque meter to re-check the electric screwdriver's torque;
Check whether the product screws are standard.
3. The screw can't go down and the nut slips
Insufficient spring force;
Insufficient torque of electric screwdriver;
Insufficient pressing depth of Z axis;
The screw sucks crookedly.
Increase the strength of the spring and replace the large screws with mold springs;
Increase the torque of the electric screwdriver;
Adjust the depth of the Z axis;
Check whether the screw position is accurate and whether the suction nozzle matches the screw.
4. Suction type automatic lock screw machine leaks lock
Check whether the vacuum is weakened, open the Y-axis vacuum cover, and take out the vacuum generator for processing;
Check whether the screw suction position is shifted, enter the system parameters to reset the suction position;
Whether the bit is installed properly, and whether the fixing screw of the electric screw is loose.
5. The product screws of the automatic locking screw machine are floating high
Check whether the locking height in the step setting in the program reaches the actual locking position of the screw, and whether the locking speed parameter removal is correct;
Check whether the bit torque is too small.
6. The screw of the suction-type automatic screw-locking machine sucks crookedly and cannot suck the screw
The feeder is loosely fixed;
Whether the screw position is accurate;
The inner diameter of the nozzle is not suitable for the screw;
Whether the feeder turntable is not turned;
Not enough suction.
Check whether the screw feeder has sent screws, and whether the manual screw is working normally;
Whether there is vacuum, or the vacuum filter is blocked;
Whether the signal wire of the screw feeding is off;
Adjust the screw position and take the screw several times to confirm;
Check whether the feeder is loose;
Confirm whether the suction nozzle is suitable, not suitable for modification or reprocessing;
Take the screws several times to confirm;
Whether the suction power is appropriate.
