After repeated investigations and field tests, we found that most of the machines with such problems have spindles with keyways, as shown below
In other words, the spindle with keyway must be keyed when used. Otherwise, dynamic balance cannot be achieved at high speed, and noise and vibration will definitely occur.
In another case, if the spindle is linked by a synchronous belt, you need to pay attention to inserting the synchronous belt into the spindle by more than 50%. Simply put, try to insert it as far in as possible. If the inserted area is too small, it will cause vibration and a series of problems.
