In order to ensure the quality of precision parts, CNC Machining follows the following 4 principles:
– Benchmark first: Process the reference surface first, and the appearance of the parts in the process as the positioning reference should be processed first, so as to provide an accurate reference for the subsequent processes as soon as possible.
– Sub-processing stages: The processing appearance quality requirements are high, and generally can be divided into three stages: rough processing, semi-finishing and finishing. It is mainly to ensure the processing quality, which is conducive to the scientific application of equipment, facilitates the arrangement of the heat treatment process, and easily finds the defects of the blank.
– Plane first and then hole: For parts such as box body, bracket and connecting rod, the plane should be processed first, and then the hole should be processed. In this way, the holes can be machined by plane positioning to ensure the accuracy of the plane and the hole position, and it is convenient to machine the holes on the plane.
– Finish cutting: Finish cutting of the main surface, such as grinding, honing, precision grinding, rolling finishing, etc., should be placed at the end of the process. The general principles of precision parts processing routes and the formulation of precision parts processing technological processes can be roughly divided into two links. Firstly, the process route of the parts is drawn up, and then the process scale, equipment and process equipment, cutting specifications and working hours specifications of each process are determined.
