Quick look! What are the ways to prevent interference with fanuc robodrill?
The CNC machining center has been designed with anti-interference measures such as shielding electromagnetic radiation in the space, absorbing inrush current, and filtering out power supply clutter, which can prevent the influence of external interference sources on the CNC itself to a certain extent. In order to ensure the stable operation of CNC, it is necessary to take the following measures when installing and connecting the CNC.
1. The CNC should be far away from equipment that produces interference (such as frequency converters, AC contactors, electrostatic generators, high-voltage generators, and power line segmentation devices, etc.).
2. To supply power to the CNC through the isolation transformer, the machine tool where the CNC is installed must be grounded, and the CNC and the drive must be connected to an independent grounding wire from the grounding point.
3. Interference suppression: Parallel RC loops at both ends of the AC coil, and install the RC loop as close as possible to the inductive load; parallel freewheeling diodes at both ends of the DC coil; parallel connect surge absorbers at the winding end of the AC motor .
The lead-out cable of CNC machining center adopts twisted and shielded cable or shielded cable. The shielding layer of the cable is grounded at the CNC side, and the signal wire should be as short as possible.
In order to reduce the mutual interference between the signal cables of the CNC machining center and the strong current cables, the wiring should follow the following principles:
Cable types: AC power cord, AC coil, AC contactor.
Wiring requirements: Bundle the cables of group A with group B and group C separately, keep the distance between them at least 10CM, or electromagnetically shield the cables of group A.
