The vertical lathe is first of all its main moving part: a wide-tuning magnetic DC motor powered by a thyristor, through a two-speed variable speed planetary gear box, drives the worktable to rotate. The worktable is centered by high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings in the radial direction, and a preloaded constant-current static pressure guide rail is used in the axial direction, with temperature control and temperature maintenance equipment. The appropriate flow rate can be selected according to the load and temperature. And when the mobile single-column CNC vertical lathe suddenly loses power, the plan considers the use of accumulators for static pressure power-off maintenance. The static pressure pumping station is equipped with two accumulators, which can still supply oil for the static pressure rail for 15 seconds after a sudden power failure to avoid damage to the rail.
The column moves on the bed, and the static pressure unloading guide is selected.
The beam body of the vertical lathe is composed of front and rear parts, and the joint surfaces are connected by bolts. The beam moves up and down along the column guide rails, and a special static pressure unloading screw nut is selected. The tooth profile is serrated. The hydraulic pressure is adjusted to remove 60% to 70% of the total load and still maintain the self-locking characteristic of the sliding screw nut. The beam lifting is driven by a communication motor installed on the top surface of the column. The sequence of actions is as follows: press the beam lifting button→smooth rail surface to supply oil→static pressure unloading screw nut to supply oil→relax the crossbeam to clamp→the crossbeam is active Ascend (descend) to the specified position and release the button → the beam is actively clamped on the column. When the beam stops falling, it will also actively rise by 10-20mm to ensure that the lead screw is in the same stress state as it rises.
