The book took 4 years and used a crowdfunding model to compile a total of 276 taboo cases around common problems in the applications of turning tools, drilling tools, milling tools, boring tools, threading tools, cutting and grooving tools, and grinding tools. .
In actual turning, due to factors such as tool misalignment, transmission clearance, data anomalies, and loose fixtures, the machining dimensions of a single coordinate axis occasionally deviate from the pattern, causing the workpiece to be scrapped. Once this happens in a flexible manufacturing line, it will not only cause product loss, but also cause workpiece scrapping. It will also cause ineffective processing in subsequent processes, thereby affecting production efficiency.
