Use manual operation to adjust the position of the manipulator relative to the spindle, and use an adjustment mandrel. When installing the maximum weight tool holder, it is necessary to carry out multiple automatic exchanges of the tool magazine to the spindle position to ensure accuracy and no impact.
Move the workbench to the exchange position, adjust the relative position of the pallet station and the exchange workbench to achieve smooth automatic exchange of the workbench, and install the maximum load of the workbench for multiple exchanges.
Check whether the setting parameters of the numerical control system and the programmable controller PLC device conform to the specified data in the random data, and then test the main operating functions, safety measures, and the execution of common instructions.
Check the working conditions of the accessories, such as the lighting of the machine tool, cooling guards, various guards, etc.
