1. Add oil to each lubrication point of the CNC machining center according to the requirements of the factory manual, fill the hydraulic oil tank with hydraulic oil that meets the requirements, and connect the air source. Then after power-on, each component is powered separately or after each component is powered on for a test, then fully power supply. Observe whether each component has an alarm, manually observe whether each component is normal, and whether each safety device is working. Make each link of the machine tool operate and move stand up.


2. After the initial operation of the equipment, roughly adjust the geometric accuracy of the machine tool, and adjust the relative position of the main moving parts and the host after disassembly. Align the manipulator, tool magazine, exchange table, position, etc. After these tasks are completed, the anchor bolts of the main engine and various accessories can be filled with quick-drying cement, and the reserved holes for the anchor bolts in each area can be filled flat.


3. Prepare a variety of testing tools, such as precision level, standard square ruler, parallel square tube, etc. Fine-tune the level of the machine tool so that the geometric accuracy of the equipment is within the allowable error range. Multi-point pad support is used to level the bed in a free state to ensure the stability of the bed after adjustment. Use manual operation to adjust the position of the manipulator relative to the spindle, and use an adjustment mandrel. When installing a heavy tool holder, multiple automatic exchanges of the tool magazine to the spindle position must be carried out to ensure accuracy and no impact.


4. Move the workbench of the cnc machining center to the exchange position, adjust the relative position of the pallet station and the exchange workbench, the automatic exchange action to the workbench is stable, and install the workbench with a large load for multiple exchanges. Check whether the setting parameters of the numerical control system and the programmable controller PLC device conform to the specified data in the random data, and then test the main operating functions, safety measures, execution of common instructions, etc.
