1. CNC machining center vmc850 emergency stop
It is a button to stop the movement of the machining center momentarily when an emergency occurs.
Perform unexpected operations in the machining center. By pressing the emergency stop button, all operations of the machining center can be stopped.
When the emergency stop button is pressed, each part of the machining center presents the following state.
(1) Each axis that is moving stops immediately.
(2) The rotating spindle stops immediately.
(3) The auxiliary functions of the machining center such as cooling device, chip removal device, lubrication, internal cooling, etc. stop the emergency stop button.
(4) The control device presents an alarm state and cannot perform all automatic and manual operations.
(5) When the emergency stop button is pressed during the operation of tool change, the following states are presented according to the operation status:
a When the spindle is being oriented, the tool change is interrupted;
b When the z-axis is rising, the movement of the z-axis is immediately interrupted, and the control state of the spindle is cancelled;
c When the axis is descending, the movement of the z-axis is immediately interrupted, and the control state of the spindle is cancelled;
d When the tool magazine is rotating, the rotation of the tool magazine stops immediately;
e When the robot is changing the tool, the robot stops immediately.
The emergency stop button is locked when it is pressed, and when it is turned to the right, the lock is released.
According to the different types and options of the machining center, the number and positions of the emergency stop buttons are different, and they are all connected in series. No matter which one is pressed, the function is the same.
2. Security door of machining center
(1) Some equipment is equipped with a safety door locking device. If the safety door has a locking mechanism, the door cannot be opened under normal circumstances.
When the following operations are performed, the lock is released and the safety door can be opened:
①Press the [DOOR] button on the operation panel;
② Issue MO2 or M30 command.
When the safety door is unlocked, the door open/close key indicator light on the operation panel lights up.
When the following operations are performed, the safety door is locked: close the safety door, press the door opening and closing key on the operation panel, and the door opening and closing key indicator light on the operation panel goes out.
(2) Operation restrictions when the safety door is open.
When the safety door is open, the operation of the machining center is usually restricted as follows;
① Cannot perform automatic operation;
②MDI operation cannot be performed;
③The cooling cannot be turned on;
④Cannot change the tool;
⑤The speed of manual operation is limited;
⑥During manual operation with the safety door open, when the mode is switched to another mode, the operation of the spindle and feed axis will stop immediately.
(3) Unlock the safety door during operation.
When unlocking is executed in the safety door locked state, the machining center stops as follows:
①The rotation of the main shaft and the movement of the feed axis stop after deceleration;
②During the tool change process, stop after the tool change ends;
③The cooling and oil mist collector stop working;
④In the process of rigid tapping, after moving to the R point (safe position), the rotation of the spindle and the movement of each axis will stop after deceleration.
(4) To restart the automatic operation interrupted by the safety door, please follow the steps below.
① When the door closes the safety door in the open position, the safety door will be automatically locked and the door open/close key indicator light will go out. When the door is in the closed position to lock the safety door, press the door opening and closing key on the operation panel, and the door opening and closing key indicator light on the operation panel goes out.
②To restart the cooling and oil mist collector function, please press the cooling and oil mist collector function button.
③Set the automatic mode operation mode, press the cycle start button to continue operation.
Note: The locking mechanism on the safety door cannot be opened until the safety status is confirmed. In order to use the machining center safely, the operation of the machining center is restricted when the safety door is open. In addition, the unlocking operation (press the door opening and closing key on the operation panel) is executed during the operation of the machining center, and the machining center is suspended.
