1. Programming skills of large-scale CNC lathes
1. Processing sequence of parts:
①Flat head after drilling (can prevent shrinkage when drilling);
②Coarse and fine grind first (to ensure the accuracy of parts);
③Machining tolerances with large machining tolerances (to ensure that the surface of small tolerances is not scratched and prevent parts from deforming).
2. Choose a reasonable feed cutting speed according to the hardness of the material
①The carbon steel material is selected with high speed, high feed and large depth of cut;
②Cemented carbide should be selected with low speed, low feed rate and small depth of cut;
③Titanium alloy should use low speed, high feed and small depth of cut.
2. Direct tool setting technology for large-scale CNC lathes
Select the center of the right end face of the part as the tool setting point and set it as the zero point. After the machine tool returns to the origin for each tool to be used, the center of the right end face of the part is the zero point tool setting; when the tool touches the right end face, enter the Z0 point and click Measure, the knife edge compensation value automatically records the measured value, indicating that the Z-axis tool setting has been completed, and the X tool setting is a trial cutting tool setting. The turning part of the tool is less rounded. Use the turning outer circle value (for example, x is 20mm) to input x20, and press One measurement, the tool compensation will automatically record the measured value, and the x-axis is also correct at this time; even if the machine is stopped, the tool setting value will not change after the machine is turned on. It is suitable for large batches and long-term production. Parts, during the closing of the large CNC lathe, there is no need to set the tool again.
Third, the debugging skills of large-scale CNC turning processing
In order to avoid program errors and wrong adjustment of tool setting, on large CNC lathes, in order to prevent errors in the program and misoperation of tool setting from causing collision accidents, we first carry out idle stroke simulation processing to debug the lathe, in the coordinate system of the lathe The internal tool moves 2-3 times the length of the part to the right as a whole;
Then start processing simulation processing, after the simulation processing is completed, confirm whether the program and tool setting are correct, and then start processing the parts. After processing the first part, first self-check and confirm that it is qualified, that is, the debugging is completed.
Fourth, the processing technology of large-scale CNC lathes
1. Perform rough machining first, remove excess material on the workpiece, and then perform finishing;
2. Avoid vibration during processing;
3. When processing the workpiece, avoid thermal deformation.
5. Anti-collision technology of large-scale CNC lathe
1. Confirm that the diameter and length of the tool are input correctly;
2. Confirm that the workpiece size and other related geometric dimensions are correctly input;
3. Confirm whether the initial position of the workpiece is correct;
4. Make sure that the workpiece coordinate system of the CNC lathe is set correctly;
5. Confirm that the zero point of the CNC lathe has not been reset during processing;
6. Confirm the correct sequence of NC axis retracting actions.
