The CNC 850 machining center refers to the machining center machine tool whose spindle is perpendicular to the worktable surface. It has a wide range of uses. The worktable of this type of machining center is rectangular and has no indexing rotation function. It is suitable for processing discs, sleeves, and plate parts. For linear motion coordinate axes, a four-axis rotary table rotating along a horizontal axis can be installed on the worktable to process spiral parts.
The 850 machining center is easy to install, easy to operate, easy to observe the processing conditions, and easy to set up and debug the program. The height of the column of this type of machining center is (800-850mm), which means that the Z-direction stroke is (800-850mm), so it is not suitable for processing too high parts.
To use the 850 machining center, the following four conditions must be met:
1. Environmental requirements for processing center location
The location of the 850 machining center should be far away from the vibration source, to avoid the influence of direct sunlight and heat radiation, and to avoid the influence of moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the CNC machine tool, an anti-vibration groove should be set around the machine tool of the machining center. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the vertical machining center, resulting in poor contact of electronic components, failures, and affecting the reliability of the machining center.
2. Power requirements
The conventional 850 processing center is installed in the mechanical workshop, and the workshop environment temperature changes greatly, so the operating conditions are relatively poor. In the case of many types of electromechanical equipment, the power grid fluctuates greatly. Therefore, the location where the machining center is placed requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system of the 850 machining center.
Three, temperature conditions
The working environment temperature of the machining center is lower than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature should be lower than 80%. Generally speaking, an exhaust fan or a cooling fan is installed inside the electrical control box of the equipment to allow the electronic components, especially the central processing unit, to maintain a constant working temperature or a small temperature difference. Excessive temperature and humidity will shorten the life of the electronic components of the control system and increase the probability of failure. The increase in temperature and humidity and the increase in dust will cause adhesion and short circuits on the integrated circuit board.
Fourth, the use requirements of the CNC system
When using the machining center, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. Because the setting of these factory operating parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the components of the 850 machining center. Only the value of the gap compensation parameter can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
