1) TNC640 CNC system

1) New generation LCxx6 series absolute sealed linear encoder

The latest generation of grating rulers LCxx6 series recently launched by HEIDENHAIN is a masterpiece in the field of photolithography. Its superior signal error correction capability not only greatly reduces the customer's overall cost of use, but also helps improve the overall reliability of the customer's equipment. This series of grating rulers not only inherits the comprehensive advantages of previous generations of products (LCxx3, LCxx5), such as single-field scanning, high signal quality, low subdivision error and convenient installation, but also innovatively uses the latest optical scanning system. This means that even if there is liquid or water droplet contamination inside the scale, the scanning quality will not be affected. This will greatly improve the anti-pollution characteristics of the grating scale and its tolerance to polluted environments.

This product is suitable for common CNC systems currently on the market, such as HEIDENHAIN, Siemens, FANUC, etc., and can help customers achieve more stable, convenient and reliable use. 2) Open grating scale - a grating scale that can measure up to six degrees of freedom enters a new dimension of accuracy

The additional feedback provided by their multi-degree-of-freedom technology results in greater measurement accuracy, allowing you to detect and compensate for system-related position errors in multiple dimensions. The LIP 6000 Dplus scale has two independent scales at +45° and -45°, and a dedicated reading head measures the primary direction X and secondary direction Y along the entire measuring length. Thanks to the EnDat 3 interface, this dual position feedback is sent to the controller via a single cable, significantly reducing wiring, simplifying installation and optimizing the dynamic performance of the motion system.

3) New generation RCN5001 series absolute angle encoder

With the continuous advancement of the new generation of grating scale LCxx6 in terms of anti-pollution capabilities, RCNxxx1 also has similar anti-pollution capabilities. Its super signal error correction capability and the latest optical scanning system enable the encoder to operate even if there is liquid or liquid inside. The scanning quality will not be affected by water droplet pollution (as shown below). The KCI 120 Dplus double encoder with motor feedback and position measurement is available in a variety of sizes. HEIDENHAIN's KCI120Dplus dual signal output encoder provides motor feedback and position measurement in a single device. By measuring the position of the gearbox, the KCI 120 Dplus compensates for design-related errors in dynamic, highly maneuverable robots. For example, an articulated robot with a serial structure may contain up to six axes, each of which affects final accuracy. Compact and lightweight servo encoders now also include the new KCI 1318 FOT and KBI 1335 FOT, which can, for example, be used directly as bearing caps for motors. 3D probes and length gauges

1) New generation of high-precision probe TS 760 with EnDat interface


The TS 760 offers extraordinary 3D accuracy from the first detection point. This saves detection time. Low detection force reduces strain on sensitive workpieces. The TS 760 performs detection operations four times faster than its predecessor. At 1000 mm/min, the probe repeatability can still be maintained below 0.25μm. If required, the detection points can be cleaned using the integrated flusher function. Compressed air and cooling lubricants up to 60 bar are allowed. The product's unique EnDat interface technology allows convenient commissioning with the SE 661 on the TNC screen, such as radio channel selection. Enhance the user-friendliness of the probe setting. You can complete the probe setting and check the probe working status only in the system user interface, without entering the machine tool parameter interface.

Regarding its functionality, the TS 760 is fully compatible with the TS 740 and offers the same additional data as the TS 460. In addition, the detection accuracy of probes with EnDat interface has nothing to do with speed and is not affected by speed. Users can read in the EnDat probe interface: power information, collision protection information, signal transmission quality, electronic label of the probe, probe working status information, and service information, etc.
