1 Scope
These measures stipulate the calculation level, items and methods of the processing price of non-ferrous die castings.
This approach is applicable to the processing of non-ferrous alloy die castings.
2. This method adopts the method of sub-item accounting and centralized quotation to achieve accurate and reasonable cost calculation.
3. Processing price of non-ferrous die castings
3.1 The processing price of die-casting parts produced by processing with supplied materials is calculated according to the formula (1.)
Formula 1.):
Processing price = basic mold clamping fee + melting fee + price increase for complex parts + price increase for specific requirements
