  The 850 machining center was in a state of shutdown for a long time. When resuming production, remember to do a good job in the maintenance of machine tools, so as to quickly and efficiently return to normal production.

   The 850 machining center must be inspected and maintained in accordance with the following requirements after it is shut down and before the first use:

  After shutdown

  1. Machine cleaning:

  1.1 Clean up the cutting chips and cutting liquid on the worktable, X, Y, and Z axis guards in the machine.

  1.2 Clean up the chips in the tool magazine, the chips on the knife handle, and the chips and oil on the knife claws.

  1.3 Clean up the chips and swarf fluid in the spindle taper hole. Do not install the tool holder on the spindle.

  1.4 When the machine is shut down for a long time, clean the chips and the screw rods in the three-axis guard and the chips and oil on the guide shaft.

  1.5 When the machine is stopped, the three and four axes need to be moved to the center position.

   2. Lubricant anti-rust

  2.1 Lubricate the transmission parts of the tool magazine, apply grease, grease: to ensure the high quality of grease.

  2.2 Grease and lubricate the spindle of the spindle tool release mechanism. Grease: to ensure the high quality of grease.

  2.3 Perform anti-rust treatment on the workbench and three-axis guard, wipe dry and apply anti-rust paste.

  2.4 Apply lubricating grease to the spindle taper hole to ensure the high quality of grease.

  1, inspection items

   One, clean up anti-rust oil

   In accordance with the inspection and maintenance guidelines before the long-term shutdown, clean all parts of the machine tool with anti-rust oil, use a damp cloth and cleaning agent.

  

Two, supply coolant

  According to the requirements of the coolant use, fill it.

  

Three, general inspection

   Cooling system, clamping system, lubrication system, etc.

  

Four, check for oil leakage

   Check whether there is oil leakage inside the machine tool and hoses.

  

Five, machine warm-up

  2, spindle preheating

  Before running after the machine has been stopped for a long time, the machine must be run dry according to the following steps:

  A Fix the spindle speed at a safe speed of 1000 rpm;

  B Rotate the spindle at 500 rpm for about half an hour;

  C Rotate the spindle at 1000 rpm for about half an hour;

  D Stop the spindle rotation and preheat the X, Y and Z axes of each axis.

   3. Special precautions

   1. After a long-term shutdown, the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis must be idle for about half an hour before running again;

   2. If the machine tool is not used for a long time, if the spindle speed is too high, it may cause damage to the spindle bearing or the chuck hydraulic cylinder
