Slider design considerations:
(1) Horizontal stroke ≥ avoidance position +0.5
(2) Vertical stroke = Horizontal stroke × tangent value (slider inclination angle)
(3) The slider inclination angle is not less than 45°
(4) The fitting clearance of the slider is a sliding fit (+0.01 on one side)
(5) Slide first to draw the side view and then the floor plan
(6) Determine the horizontal displacement first and then the vertical displacement.
(7) When the mold is opened first, the straight stroke is determined. When the male block and the female block are in the closed mold state, the distance between the straight stroke and the straight stroke is equal to the stroke in the horizontal direction.
(8) The vertical stroke of the slider should not exceed 1/2 of the plate thickness
(9) When the ejector pin is at the bottom dead center, it cannot break away from the public block.
