This requires us to allocate and establish an inherent file before doing the design task. Folders, and if it is a project of several people, it is required to be consistent when naming the parts and not to be repeated.
4) The copy is different. 5) Acquisition of symmetrical one-sided. When drawing a base sketch, if the sketches are distributed symmetrically, generally the center line of the symmetrical distribution is drawn first, and then a single spline curve is used to connect each vertex. 7) Explanation about the continuity of the curve.
G0: Indicates that the surfaces are only connected (contacted) together, and the surface functions are not derivable. The zebra lines are disconnected or misplaced at the boundary of the two surfaces, and the model is displayed as sharp corners, etc.
G1: Indicates that the surface is tangent and continuous, and the surface is first-order derivable, but the curvature value has a sudden change at the tangent point, the zebra crossing has a sudden change at the turning point, showing a broken line change, and the model is displayed as a rounded corner, etc.
G2: Indicates that the curvature of the surface is continuous, there is no sudden change in the curvature value, and the second-order derivation is possible. The zebra crossing passes through two intersecting surfaces smoothly and continuously, and the model is displayed as a face fillet and so on.
8) In the process of sketching, you can use the command Tools-Sketch Drawing Tools-Close Sketch to Model Edge to close the sketch to the model boundary, saving a lot of extension and cutting.

2. Design library
It can be conveniently used by us when we design parts, and we can also install its own plug-ins to connect standard parts provided by other companies through the network, such as motors. This can not only save our time, but also improve work efficiency. What's more, when the parts we design are widely used in future designs, they can also be saved as our own design library, which is convenient for us to call later.
3. Assembly
In the process of assembly, first of all, ensure that the first inserted part coincides with the default datum origin, so that the same datum will be applied to the subsequent assembly, and there will be no different datums caused by different datum planes. We also Features can be dragged through the multi-window command, and they are all connected to each other. You can also use the shortcut key CTRL to copy multiple identical parts for assembly. In addition, it is not the best to fully define a part. If no part is required to move or rotate in a specific direction, it will appear that the definition cannot be moved. Keep your features up-to-date during the assembly process.

4. Engineering drawings
In the part design, we can arbitrarily define a surface as the main view, and then when importing the engineering drawing, we choose the view defined by ourselves to place the engineering drawing, and there is also the problem of the size unit, we can mark it without modifying the system The default unit, but add the corresponding unit after the input value, and the system will automatically convert it. Sometimes when we are dimensioning engineering drawings, when we want to mark the intersection of two centerlines (the two lines have an angle and are not perpendicular), it is not easy to mark. We can select one of the centerlines first, hold down the CTRL key and then Select the second center line, and then click the point command in the sketch to generate an auxiliary intersection point, which is the size we can mark to the intersection point! There is also the problem of drawings. We can directly save the standard chart format in AUTOCAD, then open it through solidworks, edit it in the newly created chart, and copy it by shortcut keys CTRL-C and CTRL-V to generate a standard frame. , we can save it as a frame format and call it directly next time. 5. Sheet metal
Sheet metal parts are very useful in our design. It is easy to operate and provides various sheet metal operations, such as base flange, edge flange and miter flange. It can also be added through the unfold command. Some additional features, such as ribs, holes, etc., and then fold back, the features will be added automatically. It also provides the function of lofted bending, which is to realize lofted bending through similar lofted thin-walled features. In addition, for the import of the iges format file, the system will automatically convert it into a solid part, but the imported part is a dumb entity, which only contains a whole entity without any parametric data, and the sheet metal feature can be used for it. 6. COSMOS analysis
Cosmos analysis includes linear stress, displacement, frequency room temperature, and thermal analysis. Static stress analysis is mainly to determine whether the part will bend and where there will be danger. Frequency analysis is to judge the relationship between a part or an assembly and its natural frequency, and whether resonance will occur. Instability analysis, under the compressive load, will the thin-walled structure be unstable. As well as thermal analysis to judge the overheating of parts, etc., it has certain data and gradient color bars to show, and then it can be formed in the form of animation, we can save it, and finally it will be exported in the form of a report, and at the same time It can be opened in a browser, which is very intuitive and convenient.
7. Reverse design
