In the processing of complex molds, one mold and multiple parts are generally used for processing. Generally, the subroutine will be called repeatedly on the main program until the processing is completed. It can not only ensure the consistency of the processing size but also improve the processing efficiency.


2. The cumulative error cannot be ignored


The error of the machining center does not actually refer to the error of the completion of a workpiece, but the error after the completion of batch processing. Because the incremental method is generally used to program the workpiece at present, the machining is performed based on the previous point, so that the continuous execution of multiple programs will inevitably produce a certain cumulative error. Therefore, use absolute programming as much as possible when programming, so that each program segment is based on the origin of the workpiece, so that the cumulative error of the CNC system can be reduced and the machining accuracy can be guaranteed.
