Thickness gauge measurement method

Preparation before measurement:
Be sure to complete the reference point setting before measuring. Especially when using in places with large temperature fluctuations, please check the set reference points. Please remove dust, chips, etc. before measurement.
Standard measurements:

1. Hold the frame as shown.

2. With the anvil and probe closed, turn the bezel so that the long pointer indicates zero.

3. Gently press down on the lifting rod to lift the measuring rod.

4. Insert the workpiece, then gently release the lifting rod to make the probe contact the workpiece, read the long and short pointer values, and complete the measurement.

Incremental measurement: When batch measurement is required or product dimensions are close

Take the measurement of a 1.29mm workpiece as an example:

1. Hold the frame as shown.

2. Measure the reference gauge or standard gauge (1.2mm), and then turn the dial so that the pointer indicates zero.

3. Gently press down on the lifting rod to lift the measuring rod.

4. Insert the workpiece (1.29mm), then gently release the lifting rod to make the probe contact the workpiece (1.29mm), read the long and short pointer values, and complete the measurement.
