The use of G39 signal in PMC based on FANUC system
In the process of using CNC machine tools, lathes will use the tool setting function, milling machines will also use the tool setting function, some complex machine tools due to the large number of tools, in order not to cause confusion, when using the tool offset function, the tool number and tool Compensation numbers correspond one-to-one. For example, when tool No. 3 is used for tool setting, the tool offset generated is set in the tool offset of No. 3. However, there are so many tool compensation numbers. How can we automatically and accurately jump to the corresponding tool compensation number? In this way, when we input the tool compensation amount, it is quick and error-free! Design the corresponding program in PMC to realize this function.
