1. Analyze according to the processing drawings of the parts
First, analyze the material, shape, size, accuracy, batch size, blank shape and heat treatment requirements of the part, so as to confirm whether the part is suitable for processing on a vertical machining center machine tool.
2. Process treatment of parts
Perform process analysis on the basis of analyzing the part drawing to determine the processing plan and method of the part.
3. Numerical calculation
According to the geometric size of the part drawing, the determined process route and the set coordinate system, the trajectory of the rough and finishing motion of the part is calculated, and the tool position data is determined.
4. Compile the processing program list
According to the processing route, cutting amount, tool number, tool compensation amount, determine the auxiliary action and tool motion path of the vertical machining center machine tool.
5. Make control media
Record the content of the program sheet compiled by the technician on the control medium as the input information of the numerical control device.
