3. Operation steps
(Assuming that in the FANUC 0i-TF lathe system, a new program O6666 is created in the memory card, and the program of the memory card is executed online)
3.1 Insert the memory card with O6666 program into the card slot on the left side of the system display panel;
3.2 Switch the machine operation mode to DNC mode;
3.3 Click the function key [PROG]-----Operation-----Device selection-----CF, then enter the CF card to find the O6666 program, move the cursor to the O6666 program, and click the soft key [DNC setting ], the uppercase "D" appears on the left side of the program name of program O6666;
3.4 Ensure that the machine tool can realize the cutting processing conditions, the servo is ready, press the cycle to start, the system will execute the O6666 program on the memory card;
Note: DNC release can cancel the "D" on the left of O6666, that is, the online processing function is cancelled; during online processing, the feed can also be held.
