FANUC data clear operation

For FANUC CNC systems, generally the first time the system is powered on, a full cleaning operation is required. Machine tool data includes ladder diagram, I/O setting definition and machine tool packaging parameters. Machine tool packaging parameters include system parameters, PMC parameters, user processing procedures, pitch error compensation parameters, user workpiece coordinate systems, tool offsets, etc. The format is SRAM, For SRAM data, it is stored in the system's random access memory. Therefore, when the system is powered off, a battery is required to keep it. If the battery voltage is low, the SRAM data will be lost. The backup packaged data SRAM is stored in the CF card. Only one can be stored in the CF card. If there is already an SRAM in the CF card when storage is required, a prompt will be displayed whether to overwrite it?

Steps:

(1) Turn on the strong power supply of the machine cabinet;

(2) Simultaneously press and hold down the [DELETE] and [RESET] keys on the right side of the CNC system display interface;

(3) Power on the CNC;

(4) Wait until ALL FILE INITIALIZE OK? (NO=0, YES=1) appears on the interface, then release the button in step (2);

(5) Enter the number 1, and click [INPUT];

(6) Then the interface will show IPL MENU and English words with several options;

(7) Enter the number 0 and click [INPUT];

(8) The system enters the normal interface.

This time the system data is fully cleared, the packaged parameter SRAM, the system's ladder diagram and I/O settings are cleared. Because the storage places are different, they are not cleared!
