Is the starting point of the Z axis high enough?
The height of the starting point is set not only to prevent interference between the tool and the fixture, but also to prevent chip entanglement on the drill bit from preventing proper cooling.

Is the R value appropriate?
Since the processed holes are at different heights, the R value should also be adjusted with the height of the plane. It is worth noting that: when G99 is executed, the starting point of the tool will temporarily lose its effect, and it will be replaced by the R value. The starting point in the canned cycle will not be valid again until G98 is executed again.

Is the sequence of hole processing reasonable?
When the coolant or compressed gas is used from one side of the spindle (usually the right side), the chips generated by hole machining will also fall into the processed hole along this direction, which will cause secondary cutting of chips, and then With the increase of the viscosity of the cooling medium, the chips of the secondary cutting will also increase significantly, which will not only cause unnecessary wear of the tool, but also seriously affect the quality of the hole. But you can improve these by spraying the spindle ring or cooling the center of the spindle.

Will the cutter head interfere with the part?
When machining deep holes in similar cavities, the gap between the tool and the fixture and the part should also be considered, and it is very important to ensure a suitable gap. The gap is too small, even if there is no interference between the tool, parts, and fixtures, the chips will rotate with the spindle at high speed during processing. Once the chips generated during processing cannot be discharged in time, they will accumulate at a very fast speed. When more and more chips start to rotate at a high speed with the spindle, scratches will be left on the surface of the parts, resulting in damage to the parts.
