Some tips and hints to use when you have trouble tapping:
1) Make sure that the concentration of coolant is not low, and the concentration of coolant required for tapping is higher.
2) Set the automatic nozzle correctly.
3) Check your program.
4) Make sure you are using the correct pilot hole drill diameter.
5) Regarding the size range of drill bits that can be used for tapping, choose the one that is beneficial to processing.
6) Always check the drilling depth, taking into account the angle in front of the drill and tap.
7) Talk to your tool manufacturer, they know more about threads than you think.
