How to divide the processing procedures of CNC lathes machine with chuck

The five-axis CNC lathes machine processing technology is divided into three methods: the tool centralized ordering method, the machining part ordering method, and the rough and finishing ordering method. Let us understand the specific division.

1. Tool centralized sorting method. According to the division of the tools used, all parts that can be completed on the part are processed with the same tool. Use the second knife and the third to complete the other parts. This can reduce the number of tool changes, reduce space and time, and reduce unnecessary positioning errors.

2. According to the processing part order method. For parts with more processing content, the processing part of the five-axis CNC lathe can be divided into internal shape, shape, curved surface or plane according to its structural characteristics. Generally, the simple geometric shapes of the plane, the positioning surface, and the hole are processed first, and then the complex geometric shapes are processed. The parts with low precision are processed first, and then the parts with high precision requirements are processed.

3. Sequential method of roughing and finishing. For parts that are easy to be processed and deformed, due to the possible deformation that may occur after the five-axis CNC lathe roughing process needs to be corrected, the parts that are generally roughed must be separated into processes.

Manufacturers of CNC lathes have noticed that when dividing processes in five-axis CNC workshops, they must flexibly grasp the structure and technology of the parts, the functions of the CNC lathe, the processing content of the CNC lathe, the number of installations and the production organization of the department. In addition, whether it is recommended to adopt the principle of process concentration or the principle of process dispersion must be decided according to the situation, but it must be reasonable.
