1. Actively use the main program and subprograms. In the processing of complex molds, multi-mold methods are generally used for processing. Assuming that there are several identical shapes on the mold, the connection between the main program and the subprogram should be actively used, and the subprogram should be called repeatedly in the main program until the processing is completed. It can not only ensure the consistency of processing standards, but also advance the processing power.


2. Reduce the accumulated faults of the CNC system. Generally, incremental programming is used to program the workpiece. It is referenced by the previous processing. In this way, the successive execution of multi-segment programs will inevitably lead to certain cumulative faults. Therefore, when programming, try to use patterns to program, so that each block is a workpiece. The origin is used as a reference, which can reduce the accumulated errors of the CNC system and ensure the machining accuracy.


Second, tool selection and correct equipment. Whether it is CNC machining or general machining, the cutting tools are directly applied to the workpiece, so the selection of the cutting tool and the equipment are very important factors for the machining accuracy and the surface quality of the workpiece. Especially the workpiece is processed in the CNC machining center, and the tools are pre-stored in the tool library. After initial processing, it cannot be replaced at will. Therefore, the general principles of tool selection for five-axis CNC machine tools are: simple equipment adjustment, good rigidity, long-term use, and high precision.


Third, select the cutting amount reasonably. The determination of cutting parameters is an important part of the CNC machining process. The standard is an important parameter of the main motion and feed motion of the machine tool. It has an important influence on the machining accuracy of the workpiece and tool wear. The selection of cutting amount includes cutting speed, retraction amount and feed amount. The fundamental selection principle is: Machining requires a greater depth of cut to reduce the number of passes and increase the productivity of the workpiece; for finishing, a smaller depth of cut is generally used to obtain higher surface quality.
