CNC precision machining is actually exponential control machining. After the design drawings are written into a program, the computer is connected to the CNC machine tool, and the operation of the CNC machine tool is controlled through programming to complete the processing of precision workpieces. CNC precision machining is mainly suitable for small batches, For the processing of many kinds of workpieces, Shanghai's CNC machining and precision machining, the materials used in it are strictly required, and not all materials are suitable.
For finishing, not all materials of Suzhou CNC machine tools can be precisely processed. For example, if the hardness of some materials with too high hardness is too high, some special materials are not suitable for precision processing.
1. Requirements for material hardness. In some cases, the higher the hardness of the material, the better, but it is limited to the hardness requirements of the machined parts. The machined material should not be too hard, if it is harder than the machine part, it will be even harder.
2. The material is moderately hard and soft, at least one level lower than the hardness of the machine part. At the same time, it also depends on the function of the processed device and the reasonable selection of the machine part.
benefit:
①Five-axis CNC machine tool processing greatly reduces the number of molds, and complex molds are not required for processing complex-shaped parts. After changing the shape and size of the part, it is only necessary to modify the part processing program to adapt to the development and modification of new products.
②The processing quality is stable, the processing accuracy is high, and the repeat accuracy is high, which is suitable for the needs of aircraft processing.
③The production efficiency is high. In the case of multiple varieties and small batches, the time for preparation, machine tool adjustment and process inspection can be reduced, and the processing time can be shortened due to the use of fine cutting.
④Complex profiles that are difficult to be processed by conventional processing methods, and even some unobservable processing parts can be processed.
The disadvantage is that the machine tool is expensive and requires higher maintenance personnel.
Finish machining only after rough machining self-inspection. After trimming, workers should self-check the shape and size of the processed part, and make the basic length and width dimensions of the processed part of the vertical surface; the processed part shall measure the base point size marked on the drawing, and the worker shall complete the self-inspection and confirm that it is consistent with the processed part on the drawing. After the worker is finished, remove the workpiece and send it to the inspector for inspection.
