Relevant inspections and preparations before starting the machine tool
(1) Production environment
Confirm that the minimum ambient temperature in the production workshop cannot be lower than 10°C. If the ambient temperature is too low or the temperature fluctuates greatly, product accuracy will be affected. If there is a cutting fluid constant temperature device, the liquid temperature of the cutting fluid cannot be lower than 18°C.
(2) Peripheral power supply
Confirm whether the surrounding voltage is up to standard (check whether the voltage is up to standard, whether there is a phase loss, make sure the voltage fluctuation is ≤10%, and whether the phase sequence is correct.) Before starting up, please check whether the wiring terminals are firm (including checking the connection status of the circuit breaker in the workshop distribution box) .
(3) Compressed air
Check the machine tool air valve, drain the impurities in the air source circuit before opening it, and check the front-end pipeline and air storage tank.
(4) Lubrication problem
Please check whether the quality and liquid level of the central automatic lubrication unit (lubricating oil or grease), spindle lubricating oil, tool cutting oil mist lubricating oil (if any) are normal, and replace or add if necessary.
(5) Hydraulic oil
Check whether the quality and liquid level are normal, and replace or add if necessary.
(6) Spindle coolant
Check whether the quality and liquid level are normal, and test the concentration and pH.
(7) Cutting fluid or cutting oil
Check whether the quality and liquid level are normal, whether they have deteriorated or smelly, etc.
(8) Moving and transmission parts area
Check the cleanliness of each shaft transmission and moving parts area, check for rust or foreign matter, and clean or repair if necessary.
(9) Tools
Check the status of the tool holder required for the machine tool, whether it is rusted, whether the fixing torque of the internal cooling rod is normal, the status of the tool, etc., readjust or replace it if necessary.
2. After the machine tool is powered on
(1) Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool
During the boot process, if you find that the battery voltage is insufficient, do not turn off the main power supply and replace the battery in time.
(2) Turn on strong electricity
If the controller displays no abnormal alarm, please release all emergency stop buttons first, press the start button, and check again whether there is any relevant alarm information in the CNC system.
(3) Shaft lubrication and shaft load inspection
After normal startup, switch to MDI mode and execute the M160 code to perform several central lubrication operations on the machine tool, and then perform manual return to the reference point. At the same time, check whether the load of each axis is normal in the diagnostic interface.
(4) Spindle preheating
Before executing the automatic preheating program, manually edit the program to make the spindle rotate at low speed for more than 30 minutes, and then execute the machine tool spindle preheating program.
(5) Inspection of tool magazine and rotary table
Before testing, it is necessary to ensure that the actions and signals of each step of tool changing and platform changing are normal and there is no interference or collision.
(6) Machine tool warm-up operation
Execute the machine tool's empty cycle program. Check whether all functions are normal.
