For the part of the CNC tool holder, you should choose high-quality anti-rust oil; before doing the anti-rust, you must wipe the tool clean; keep it dry and clean after the processing is completed; the carbide blade does not need special Anti-rust treatment, pay attention to the timely storage of knives and be careful not to mix two or several blades together; special attention should be paid to the protection of the cutting edge of the drill or milling cutter, and never touch or fall to the ground.


In fact, it is very necessary to take regular time to inspect and clean the tool holder and spindle. Correct maintenance can increase the service life of the equipment and reduce the potential cost of production.
