2. Maintenance and repair personnel of vertical machining center equipment
Routine maintenance personnel should be personnel who have been trained by the manufacturer's professionals, or have the same level of professional knowledge, and have been certified by the affiliated company. Daily maintenance personnel should fully understand the contents of the equipment operation manual and maintenance manual, and operate the machine tool without understanding the content. Third, the placement and operation of the machine tool of the vertical machining center
(1) The machine tool should be placed in a flat place. If the machine tool is set up in an unstable place, the machine tool will move during the machining process, putting personnel at risk of injury. When installing the machine, the floor surface must meet all of the following conditions:
①Even if an object weighing 2.5t is placed, the ground will not be deformed and will not cause any problems;
②The ground should be flat and there should be no bumps or depressions;
③The ground should be very hard and will not be deformed even if the pressure of 1.5MPa (147N/cm2) is applied;
④ The ground should be smooth.
(2) Before opening the protective door, make sure that the z-axis (spindle head) will not fall (in very rare cases, the z-axis will fall due to the brake failure of the z-axis. After opening the protective door, you should still pay attention The descent of the z-axis). When working under the z-axis, a wooden block should be placed between the worktable and the spindle so that in the event of a brake failure, the wooden block can be used to support the z-axis to prevent it from falling.
(3) When the main shaft is rotating, open the protective door with the power supply disconnected, confirm that the main shaft has stopped rotating, and then open the protective door. When the power is cut off while the spindle is rotating, the spindle will stop because it cannot be controlled, and the spindle will continue to rotate due to inertia. In some cases, chips may fly out or the spindle may be injured by touching the spindle.
(4) When removing the z-axis motor, pay attention to the drop of the z-axis (spindle head). Since the motor is equipped with a brake, the z-axis will fall when the motor is removed, which may cause people to be caught and injured. When removing the motor, use binding members to fix the table and the z-axis.
(5) When using the embedded Ethernet function for the first time, please consult the network administrator of your unit, pay attention to the settings of the IP address, etc., and conduct sufficient communication tests. If the IP address is not set correctly, it will cause the communication failure of the entire network, which will lead to the wrong operation of other machine tools, so full attention should be paid.
(6) When hoisting the machine tool, a crane, sling or steel rope with a capacity exceeding the weight of the main part of the machine should be used.
(7) When hoisting the machine tool, pay attention to the balance of the machine tool.
