There are actually many types of 1165 machining center. CNC machine tools have different characteristics due to their different functional structures and CNC systems. Therefore, the content and rules of their maintenance are not the same. As a member of the CNC machine tool, the machining center has basically the same maintenance points. The following aspects should be done in daily processing and maintenance.
Keep the environment where the components are used clean
Try to open the doors of CNC cabinets and power cabinets as little as possible. A lot of oil mist, dust and even metal powder will be generated during processing to prevent them from falling on the circuit boards or electronic devices in the CNC system, causing the insulation resistance between components to decrease, or even lead to The components and circuit boards are damaged.
Smooth ventilation system
Fans are indispensable for any processing equipment that integrates oil, electricity and gas. The ventilation and cooling of core processing parts cannot be separated from the participation of fans. Regularly check whether each cooling fan on the CNC cabinet is working properly and whether the air duct filter is blocked. If too much dust accumulates on the filter and not cleaned up in time, the temperature in the CNC cabinet will be too high, which will cause great damage to the machining center.
Regular inspection and replacement of DC motor brushes
Commonly used brushes for motors
The brush is an important component of the DC motor and is responsible for conducting current between the rotating part and the stationary part. The excessive wear of the brushes will affect the performance of the motor and even cause damage to the motor. For the machining center, the damage of the motor directly causes the inability to work normally. For this reason, if the machining center is used more frequently, the motor brushes should be regularly inspected and replaced in half a year.
Maintenance of spare circuit boards
When the spare printed circuit board is not used for a long time, it should be regularly installed in the CNC system and run for a period of time to prevent damage.
The machining center is a high-precision and compact processing equipment integrating oil, gas, electricity, and numerical control. The maintenance of each processing element should be meticulous and careful, and operate in strict accordance with the use specifications. Only in this way can the various parts of the machining center cooperate with each other and exert a better processing effect.
