Where did the shaft go? (Hide FANUC display axis)

On the FANUC system, sometimes the number of controlled axes is not all displayed on the screen. At this time, there will be certain troubles when looking at the position coordinates of the axis. Many people will be curious about where the axis went?

We can see the total number of axes controlled on the system through parameter 1023. (This only refers to this channel, and additional I/O LINK axes do not count.) However, the number of axes controlled here cannot be fully displayed on the system position display screen for some reason. Here are a few ways to display each axis in the position screen:

1 8.4-inch monitor showing multi-axis

When the system monitor is 8.4 inches, generally, one screen can only display images of 4 axes. When you want to view other axes, press the [Absolute], [Relative], [Mechanical] and other buttons at the bottom of the position screen. Undisplayed axes can be made visible. For 0ID and 0IF 8.4-inch monitors, if you want to display 5 axes on the same screen, you can directly set parameter 11350#4 9DE to 1, then you can display 5 axes on one screen.

2 Hide the axis name in the position screen through parameters

#0 NDPx Whether to display the current location

0: Display current location

1: Do not display the current location

The case is as follows:

The normal FANUC screen is displayed as shown above. After changing Y-axis 3115#0 to 1, the Y-axis coordinate is hidden, as shown below:

3 The axis names are not displayed due to manual modification of the display order of the axes.

This parameter is used to adjust the order in which the axes are displayed on the position screen. The default value is 0, which means they are displayed in the order set by 1020. When 3130=0, the display screen is as follows:

When the values of several axes are non-0, the system uses this function by default. At this time, the axis set to 0 will not be displayed on the coordinate screen.

Set the 3130 parameters C=1,A=2,Z=3,Y=4,X=0,

The current coordinates page of the picture will be reordered, as shown below:

Conclusion:

1 When we add the fourth axis, because axis A 3115.0=1, the fourth axis is not displayed.
