Design Standards For Mold Row Position Inclined Top Mechanism

1. The appearance of the molded product and the general position of the rubber coating:

picture

A: When the row is relatively wide, 2 inclined guide posts can be used.

B: When the color glue is applied and it is the exterior surface of the product, the insert must be made as shown above so that it can be locked together with the front mold core to save the clamping opening. But pay attention to the holes in the front mold screws to carry water.

C: The rubber-coated row inserts must be made of S136 material and quenched to HRC48~52.

D: All row shovels must be equipped with wear-resistant blocks, and row shovels with a relatively large rubber covering area must be equipped with a backhoe.

E: The center of the row insert must coincide with the center of the row seat. If it cannot coincide, it must be deviated larger to prevent the wrong touch surface during spark discharge.

F: The row inserts, row seats, and 3D parts of the shovel must be marked to show the difference. (Refer to the mold part code list for character marks)

G: All rows must have limiting screws to prevent the rows from jumping out and crushing the mold.

J: When the row is relatively wide, 2 springs must be added.

2. The buckling position of the molded product is the same as that of the plastic bag:

A: The small insert must be aligned with the center of the buckle to avoid mistakes in wire cutting and mold making.

B: Make a 3-degree slope on one side of the front section of the row insert.

C: The C corner of the row insert is chamfered by 2.5MM, and the corresponding position of the mold core is chamfered by R2.2MM to match. If the width of the row insert is not enough, it can be reduced accordingly.

Molding system--rear mold tilting mechanism

There are many styles of rear mold tilt top mechanisms. For mobile phone products, since there are many buckles inside the product and the size is small, the following design method is used in the design plan:

picture

A: (A) Applicable to sloped roofs with a sloped roof width less than 6MM, (B) Applicable to larger sloped roofs with a sloped roof width greater than 6MM.

B: The thickness W of the sloped roof should be as thick as possible if the location permits. The thickness should not be less than 3.5MM. When the pool front mold is punctured, pay attention to the puncture surface not being too small.

C: The width of the inclined top is generally determined by the width of the buckle. Its width should not be less than 3MM. Be careful not to get it caught between the two bone positions, which will affect the injection molding.

D: All sloping roofs must have a (E) straight plane of 3-5MM for the sloping roof to discharge and touch, and (D) the hanging platform is generally 0.8-2MM.

E: The standard specifications of the sloping top base are 12X12X45 and 14X14X45. Large sloping tops and special sloping tops depend on the specific situation.

F: The 3D parts of the sloping top and sloping top base must be marked to show the difference. The centers of the sloping top and sloping top base should be consistent.
