The Slider Pulls The Core Twice: Another Classic Bending Mold Design

As can be seen from the above two pictures, the difficulty in the design lies in the inconsistent core pulling directions of the inner holes. In order to make the product demold smoothly, the author uses the principle of two core pulls to complete the core pull of the inner hole of the product.

"Slider A" and "Slider B" are assembled together to form a slider group

The first step is core pulling (when opening the mold, the core pulling action of slider A is completed through the inclined guide pillar.

The second step is core pulling (the slider group composed of slider A and slider B moves diagonally through the T-shaped guide bar parallel to the inclined top hole of the product to complete the core pulling of the inclined hole).

After the mold is opened for a certain distance, the side wings drive the circular shaft to move horizontally, and the circular shaft drives the slider group to move horizontally in an oblique direction.

There is a straight position on the side wing plate to ensure that the slider group will not move backwards before slider A completes the core pulling action when opening the mold.
