The main points of the application of micro-lubrication in machining center:
1. Coordination of micro-lubrication device and machining center: Machining center is a kind of high-speed and high-efficiency cutting equipment. Therefore, it is required that the micro-lubrication device must be able to seamlessly connect with the machine tool, that is, when the cutting starts, the device can quickly provide oil mist. There must be no delays.
2. Adaptability: When using internal cooling type micro-lubrication processing, the internal cooling hole of each tool is different, and the required amount of oil mist will also be different. Since the machining center often changes tools, this will involve adjusting the amount of oil mist. Therefore, it must be required that the amount of oil mist generated by the micro-lubrication device has an automatic adjustment function, and can be equipped with different tools.
3. Layout of nozzles: Due to frequent replacement of cutting tools in machining centers and different sizes of cutting tools, when applying external spray type micro-lubrication, you must pay attention to the layout of nozzles to provide reliable lubrication for cutting tools.
